Notes

FIXES AND NOTES:
Remastered, tracked and patched version of shnid 19154
Aud patches from shnid 125642

Disc 1, track 6, patched at 05:37 - end
Disc 2, track 5, patched at 07:23 - 07:51

Set 1 has most of the music and vocals in left channel. It is
stereo but not well balanced. Set 2 is properly balanced
and sounds fine. An obscure 1977 performance by the
Grateful Dead returned to circulation.

Mastered and patched by Bill Guarneri, June 5, 2014

Subject: Was noise reduction used on this recording?
I would wager NR was used sometime in it's lineage. It is difficult to listen to; at times the drums sound as if the tape was reversed (obviously it wasn't, I know).

Subject: Sunrise
Seems like a good show, but it is sort of off. Drums, piano? etc. Still some good 77 stuff. Good to hear!

Subject: best Moody yet
Not perfect, but best to date as far as 2nd set goes in my opinion. From Sunrise of all things on one of my favorite 77's. The Sugar Mag, Truckin' (with multiple peaks) Sat Night they're just on fire simple as that.

The St. Stephen...for about 45 seconds Jerry decides it's time for him to dance with the Gods not another one like it.

too much kick ruins the recording of some decent music, gives me a headache to hear
